At Wake and Brew Premium Coffee, we are committed to providing you with the finest coffee experience. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with a non-perishable item purchased from our store, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible non-perishable items.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Only non-perishable items are eligible for return.
  • Coffee orders, being perishable items, are non-returnable. However, we are more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect blend to meet your preferences and satisfaction.

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Condition of the Item

Return Process: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or assist in finding an alternative non-perishable item of equal value. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
